Inception Workshop on “Developing Impact Pathway for Cities Under The Initiative Cities and Climate Change”

Southasia Institute of Advanced Studies (SIAS) in  partnership with International Development Research Centre (IDRC),  and in collaboration with Center for Ecology and Development Research (CEDAR), Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in India, University of New South Wales  and University of Sydney  organized a residential workshop on “Developing Impact Pathway  for Cities Under The Initiative Cities and Climate Change”, at Dhulikhel on May 4-6, 2016.

The overall objective of the workshop was to develop a robust and cohesive understanding among project team members and collaborators on specific objectives, methodologies and outputs of the project. The three days long residential workshop covered  technical, thematic and management aspects of the projects side by side, and, essentially focus on building team spirit and developing cohesive and a deeper understanding of the project in terms of contexts, conceptual frameworks and approaches, methods, outputs, deliverable and implementation plan including criteria used for site selection and data.
